Since theMarketer relies on Amazon SES to deliver laser-focused email campaigns for all its customers, Boutiquebebe.gr initially had to validate their own domain for sending with Amazon SES using DKIM and SPF authentication. This would ensure that their email campaigns are delivered straight to the subscribers’ inboxes. theMarketer automatically retrieves the DNS records from the AWS sub-account created automatically.

By importing existing order data to theMarketer, the customer was able to generate fine-grained subscriber segments, based on their purchase history, as well as on their behavior on the website. As a result, Boutiquebebe.gr was able to target customers more accurately, focusing on key areas, such as preferred categories, preferred brands, favorite products, and many more.

The content of the campaigns underwent a 180° shift. If with the previous provider, they used static banners with promotions, and sometimes manually selected products, now Boutiquebebe.gr started sending campaigns featuring dynamic product blocks, with personalized content for each subscriber, based on their purchase history and website behavior.

The Project Outcome

Thanks to theMarketer and Amazon SES, Boutiquebebe.gr witnessed a staggering transformation in their email marketing campaigns. The results were visible from the first month and continued to soar over the next three months.

The average open rate leaped by over 50%, from 14.7% to an impressive 22.1%. The click-through rate experienced an increase of more than 115%, from 6.1% to a whopping 13.2%. As a result, the revamped email campaigns generated a surge in conversions.
